H.E. Mohammad Saeed Al Shehhi is the Chief Executive Officer of A.R.M. Holding. In addition, Mohammad is a keen equestrian, racing horses in the UAE, UK and France. Since his first win in 2012, when Master of War won the Rose Bowl Stakes at Newbury Racecourse, his horses have won major races, including the Gran Criterium (Law Enforcement) and The Chelmsford Cup (War Glory).

Mohammad was appointed board member for Emirates Racing Authority in July 2021 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

He was later appointed as Director-General of Emirates Racing Authority by H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Deputy Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Minister of Presidential Affairs, in September 2021. Previously, Mohammad has also managed Jebel Ali Stables and assisted in the international racing operations of HH Sheikh Ahmed bin RashidAl Maktoum since 2017.
