The Asian Racing Federation (ARF) has re-elected Mr. Winfried Engelbrecht-Bresges and Mr. Masayuki Goto as Chairman and Vice-Chairman, respectively, at its Executive Council meeting in Melbourne on 14 February at the 39th Asian Racing Conference (ARC). These appointments run until the conclusion of the 40thARC in 2024.
Mr. Engelbrecht-Bresges said: “I would like to thank the members of the Executive Council who have entrusted me to lead the Federation. With their great support, I look forward to continue working with my colleagues and members of the ARF to overcome the challenges facing our industry.”
Mr. Goto said: “I am honoured to be re-elected as Vice-Chairman and welcome the opportunity to continue to help strengthen racing and breeding for the benefit of all ARF members.”
