Dear all, Welcome to the second quarterly bulletin from the Asian Racing Federation council on anti-illegal betting & related financial crime. We have renamed the task force a “council” to better reflect the permanence of the group and our efforts to build our capacity as a think tank aimed at combatting illegal betting and related financial crime. We aim to achieve impact in this area through the strong expertise of the members of the council, which is reflected in the excellent thought leadership produced by the group.
