The Asian Racing Federation (ARF) and the Japan Racing Association (JRA) are delighted to share with you the release of the Second Announcement which includes key information related to the Business Programme and the International Forum for the Aftercare of Racehorses (IFAR) Conference.
Business Programme
Around 40 speakers from across racing and other sports, wagering, breeding, integrity and business sectors have confirmed their participation in the Conference. For the full list of speakers, please visit the 40th ARC website.
IFAR
IFAR, scheduled on 27 August (Tuesday), will offer a full day programme incorporating a conference and a local equestrian facility visit, showcasing off-the-track Thoroughbreds.
The Conference will examine key themes including traceability, safety net initiatives, Thoroughbreds in equestrian sport, contemporary thinking in social engagement and the role of aftercare in building community trust. Confirmed speakers include representatives from the JRA, World Horse Welfare, the Horse Welfare Board (UK) and the Kentucky Horse Council.
